New Stores. JJC agrees to inform Distributor in writing at least thirty (30) days in advance of each new Store opening within the Distribution Territory. New Stores will place their opening Orders with Distributor at least ten (10) days prior to the requested delivery date and Distributor will confirm the opening Order delivery date three (3) days prior to the delivery. Any change by the Store to the opening Order delivery date once the Order has been placed with Distributor must be made at least two (2) days prior to the opening Order delivery date or the Store shall be subject to a one-time special handling charge of .

New Stores. The Union agrees that, in the event that Stong's wishes to purchase a new or existing store with or without an existing Collective Agreement, a lesser agreement than the "Stong's Agreement" may be entered into.

New Stores. Seller shall provide Buyer all relevant information as to leases which have been entered into prior to the date hereof and which relate to stores not yet opened in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area (the "New Leases") (it being understood that Seller shall not enter into any such leases after the date hereof).
