New Programs. All tax deferred retirement plans and designated Xxxx (after tax) program providers must complete appropriate hold harmless and indemnity agreements as determined by the Park Hill School District Business Office
New Programs. Any employees of newly created or affiliated programs, divisions or projects shall be accreted to the unit and such program, division or project, shall be considered an Employee for all purposes, subject to the following: The parties shall meet to determine whether these entities and their employees shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement in light of applicable labor law. If there is no agreement between the parties and the matter is submitted to arbitration, the arbitrator shall be bound by applicable labor law.
New Programs. Any certificated employee on a renewable contract and reassigned and/or transferred to teach in a temporarily funded program shall be reassigned to a position for which qualified if the temporary program is discontinued.

New Programs. Program name changes will not impact on the base bargaining unit placement of employees. When a new or substantially altered program is introduced by the College, placement into the appropriate base bargaining unit will be discussed, in advance of recruitment, with the Association. The College will send copies of all Selkirk College job postings to the Association President prior to public posting. If the Association and the College are unable to agree upon placement into the appropriate bargaining unit, either party may apply to the Labour Relations Board and request a ruling pursuant to section 3.4 of the Labour Relations Code.
New Programs. If new programs are added during the term of this Agreement, the Contract Administration Committee will determine whether they are to be separate units or combined with existing units.

New Programs. When new projects or proposals are developed, they should conform to provisions of the existing Agreement. Where required for purposes of obtaining project approval by State or Federal agencies to draft a proposal which has provisions inconsistent with the existing Agreement, the proposal shall be submitted to the Association for review prior to final submission for funding. Any member of the Unit employed to work under the terms of such a proposal shall execute a Memorandum of Understanding, which shall be provided by the Board and clearly set forth exceptions to the Agreement under which they will be working, prior to his or her official appointment to the position in question. The Association shall be provided with copies of all such Memoranda, when executed.
New Programs. A district wishing to start a new sport and wishes the other district to participate, must contact the other district at the earliest possible date. A detailed proposal must be submitted for the directors to take action. Formal acceptance by both districts is necessary for the activity to begin as a combined sport.
