Common use of New Probation Clause in Contracts

New Probation. 1. Full-Time Employee A new or reemployed employee employed in a regular or limited-term position shall be placed on new probation for twenty-six (26) weeks from the date of appointment ending with the first day of the pay period following completion of said period.

Part-Time Employee A new or reemployed employee employed in a part-time regular or limited-term position shall be placed on new probation for two thousand eighty (2080) regular paid hours ending with the first day of the pay period following completion of said period.
