New Orders. All Participating Members need not order at the time of the signing of this agreement. New orders for UPCC Book Collections on MUSE may be placed at any time. New orders by Participating Members will be billed at the price established in section VI.A above. New orders must be placed via the Consortium to receive the Discounted Price. JHUP will xxxx the Consortium each month for any new orders placed, with payment due within 60 days of receipt of invoice.
New Orders. At any time during the Term, Pfizer or its Affiliates may place with Codexis a new written purchase order for Codexis Enzyme (“New Order”). Pfizer and its Affiliates are under no obligation to place New Orders. Unless otherwise agreed in writing (e-mail is acceptable), all New Orders shall be for a minimum of [***] of Codexis Enzyme and shall be in full lot quantities packaged in [***] (“Minimum Order Quantity”).
New Orders. If Entegris receives an order from Metron on or prior to March 31, 2001 with respect to customers located in Europe or April 30, 2001 with respect to customers located in Asia, Entegris shall process such order in the ordinary course of business in accordance with the terms of the Metron Agreement and the Xxxxx Agreement. Metron shall not accept any orders after March 31, 2001 with respect to customers located in Europe and April 30,
New Orders. 1. Nursing staff must ask the physician if the new prescription medication can be started as soon as the supply is available, or if it is an immediate need. For medications that the physician states are needed immediately, staff should first check the emergency kit for the initial doses of the medication.
New Orders. Orders for new copiers shall be installed by the Contractor within 30 calendar days of order placement unless otherwise specified by County. Excess installation time may be afforded by the County. Software related to the copier shall be installed within three (3) working days of the equipment installation unless otherwise specified by County.

Upon and subject to NC's approval of such Order and its terms (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), XX Xxxxx shall promptly, and without incurring any obligation or exercising any right (other than the right of assignment and delegation to NC) thereunder, either: (i) accept such Order and assign and delegate to NC all of XX Xxxxx'x rights and obligations under such Order or (ii) accept such Order on behalf of NC (each such accepted, and, as applicable, assigned and delegated, Order, a "New Order").
