After six-months of continuous employment, the hourly rate will increase by fifty cents ($0.50). After the next six months of continuous employment, the hourly rate will increase by another fifty cents ($0.50), so that the employee will be at the full rate set forth on Schedule “A” (as it exists now and as it may hereafter be amended) for any job category or classification after one full year of continuous employment.
