  • New Hires All newly-hired employees will be eligible to join the benefit plans and the calendar time waiting period will apply equally to all. The prorata percentage for new hires will be based on the schedule of work for which these employees are hired. This percentage will be revised, if necessary, once the employee has worked a full predetermined six (6) month period. The only exception to this calculation will be an employee who successfully bids or otherwise obtains a seventy-five (75) hour bi-weekly position. In this instance an employee who qualifies will immediately receive entitlement of one hundred percent (100%) of the Employer’s paid share of premiums and benefits, and holiday pay.

  • New Hire New employee hired by EMPLOYER to work on the government assisted Contract or Project for the new job created.

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions of state and federal law.

  • Bus Drivers For overtime worked on normal working days or on days of rest, bus drivers shall be paid as follows:

  • Mobility The ability to move indoors from room to room on level surfaces at the normal place of residence.

  • EPP Registry Operator shall comply with relevant existing RFCs and those published in the future by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) including all successor standards, modifications or additions thereto relating to the provisioning and management of domain names using the Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP) in conformance with RFCs 5910, 5730, 5731, 5732 (if using host objects), 5733 and 5734. If Registry Operator implements Registry Grace Period (RGP), it will comply with RFC 3915 and its successors. If Registry Operator requires the use of functionality outside the base EPP RFCs, Registry Operator must document EPP extensions in Internet-­‐Draft format following the guidelines described in RFC 3735. Registry Operator will provide and update the relevant documentation of all the EPP Objects and Extensions supported to ICANN prior to deployment.

  • Longevity Stipend One (1) Renton Technical College longevity stipend in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600) will be paid annually in July to each qualifying employee who has ten (10) or more year’s seniority on July 5th.
