New Guarantor. New Guarantor represents and warrants to Lender, as of the date of this Assumption Agreement, that:
New Guarantor. The Tenant will notify the Landlord within 20 Business Days if the Guarantor becomes Insolvent or any Guarantor being an individual (or if individuals any one of them) dies or lacks capacity for the purposes of section 2 of the Mental Capacity Act 2005. In any such case, if the Landlord requires, the Tenant will procure that within two months of such requirement some other person reasonably acceptable to the Landlord executes as a deed a guarantee in the terms of schedule 1 with such amendments as the Landlord reasonably requires.

New Guarantor. Within 14 days of the death during the Term of any Guarantor or of such person becoming bankrupt or having a receiving order made against him or having a receiver appointed under the Mental Health Xxx 0000 or being a company passing a resolution to wind up or entering into liquidation or having a receiver appointed to give notice of this to the Landlord and if so required by the Landlord at the expense of the Tenant within 28 days to procure some other person acceptable to the Landlord such acceptance not to be unreasonably withheld to execute a guarantee in respect of the Tenant s obligations contained in this Lease in the form of the Guarantor s covenants contained in this Lease
New Guarantor. If a Guarantor becomes Insolvent or dies or has a receiver appointed under the Mental Health Xxx 0000, the Tenant will (if the Landlord so reasonably requires):
New Guarantor. With 14 days of the death during the Term of any Guarantor or of such person becoming bankrupt or having a receiving order made against him or having a receiver appointed under the Mental Health Axx 0000 or being a company passing a resolution to wind up or entering into liquidation or having a receiver appointed to give notice of this to the Landlord and if so required by the Landlord at the expense of the Tenant within 28 days to procure some other person reasonably acceptable to the Landlord to execute a guarantee in respect of the Tenant’s obligations contained in this Lease in the form of the guarantor’s covenants contained in the Eighth Schedule of this Lease Landlord’s Rights
New Guarantor. Within twenty working days of the death during the Term of any person who has or shall have guaranteed to the Landlord the Tenant's obligations contained in this Lease or of such person becoming bankrupt or having a Receiving Order made against him or being a Company passing a Resolution to wind up or entering into liquidation or having a receiver or administrative receiver appointed then to give notice thereof to the Landlord and if so required by the Landlord at the expense of the Tenant within three months to procure some other person sufficient in the reasonable opinion of the Landlord to execute a guarantee in respect of the Tenant's obligations contained in this Lease in the form set out in the Fifth Schedule

New Guarantor. Pyxis Tankers shall enter into a guarantee in form reasonably acceptable to the lender of the Pyxis Lamda Loan Agreement as replacement for the existing guarantee issued by Pyxis Maritime Corp. in connection with the Pyxis Lamda Loan Agreement.
