New Functionality. In this section I will discuss new functionality that affects the wizard’s application flow.
New Functionality. GT will obtain Company's approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld, before it integrates any new functionality into the GT Reservation System or the Private Label Site. GT will provide Company access to one or more test servers for the purpose of understanding and testing such functionality. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GT reserves the right to integrate any new functionality, modifications or reliability or performance improvements into its basic application without prior approval of Company, so long as such modifications do not adversely affect Company's or Company's Clients' use of the GT Reservations System or the Private Label Site.
New Functionality. New functionality and/or new releases of the software will only be provided by written agreement of the Parties. If the Parties agree to add new functionality or new releases, such new software with new functionality will be automatically deemed licensed under this agreement upon execution of the written agreement. New Functionality. Procurant reserves the right to introduce new or additional fees for new functionality or modules not covered by this document or any included Exhibits. These fees will be addressed as an addendum to this document or as an individual Statement of Work (SOW). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Procurant will provide Subscriber and its Authorized Users all updates, upgrades, bug fixes, enhancements, new releases, new versions, and other improvements to the Software and Services that Procurant provides at no additional charge to its other similarly situated customers (“Updates”). Subscriber reserves the right to decline use of new functionality or modules that require additional fees.
New Functionality introduced into the MSF R4 architecture The MSF R4 architecture adds support for the following new capabilities / network elements.
New Functionality. The CSG SBU will meet, educate and prepare Customer for new release functionality that will be introduced in the pre-release code. CSG will assist Customer with identifying impacted areas that could require testing, based on Customer’s objectives and business processes. CSG will support Customer’s parameter changes for testing new customer packages, plans or services. The foregoing shall not prevent CSG from implementing code as regularly scheduled.
New Functionality. 2.1.1 Data processing and import/export capabilities to support Xxxxx Xxxxxxx'x demand routing simulation and to perform required computations for the subsequent "Network Segment Fill Analysis".
New Functionality. Vendor shall from time to time offer Customer additional modules to the Vendor Software that provide new functionality to Strategy ASP as generally provided to any of its customers. Customer acknowledges that such additional modules may not be compatible with the version of the Vendor Software used to provide Services to Customer as of the Effective Date. At Customer’s option, Customer may, with notice to Vendor, purchase such additional modules. In the event that Customer determines to purchase any additional module, Customer shall so notify Vendor and the parties shall promptly negotiate, in good faith and under terms no less favorable than those provided to other similarly situated customers, the terms pursuant to which such additional module will be provided to and used by Customer, including (i) the appropriate fees to be paid by Customer for license and use of such additional module, (ii) the appropriate adjustments, if any, to the Monthly Service Fee and/or Asset Surveillance License Fee and (iii) an implementation schedule for loading such additional module and making any required adjustments to the Customer’s system and/or the Vendor System configuration to enable Customer’s end users to access and use the Vendor System. All additional modules acquired by Customer during the Term will be included in the license grant set forth in Section 8.03(a) and subject to the terms contained therein.
New Functionality. If, after the Effective Date and during the term of this Agreement, Noosh makes generally available through or as part of the Noosh Service new or significantly different functionality [*] ("New Functionalities"), Noosh will make such New Functionalities available to RRD [*] provided, however, that the availability of such New Functionalities shall be subject to the parties' written agreement regarding the terms and conditions of such usage.
New Functionality. Prior to BUYER's rollout of any new functionality of Merchant Services or equipment, BUYER shall provide NCC with notice of the same and the opportunity to determine and select, with BUYER's approval, those Merchants (as such term is defined in the Marketing Agreement) who would be best suited for testing and rollout of such new functionality or equipment.
