New Dwelling Units. (i) The total number of new single family residential Lots and new non-single family residential Dwelling Units on the Undeveloped Lands of the Real Property except for the Freshfields Parcels which receive preliminary subdivision plat approval for the first time after October 12, 2005, the effective date of this Agreement and the new non-single family Dwelling Units within the Undeveloped Lands except for the Freshfields Parcels that receive approval for the first time after October 12, 2005 the effective date of this Agreement, shall not exceed in the entirety 1,184. The purpose and effect of this provision is to provide an absolute limit upon the new Lots or Dwelling Units except for the Freshfields Parcels to a Development total of 1,184 new, additional single family residential Lots and non-single family residential Dwelling Units on the Undeveloped Lands of the Real Property. This limit or "cap" shall be in addition to those Lots or Dwelling Unit approved prior to October 12, 2005the effective date of this Agreement. This limit on Lots and Dwelling Units shall not include Hotel Rooms and Support Space previously approved by the Town or that was previously transferred by the Property Owner pursuant to the Initial Agreement.

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement to the contrary, any reference to “Units” shall include the Class A Units and any other Classes that may be established in accordance with this Agreement. All Units of a particular Class shall have identical rights in all respects as all other Units of such Class, except in each case as otherwise specified in this Agreement.

  • Bargaining Units The bargaining units shall consist of:

  • Use of Training Units and Consulting Units Training Units and Consulting Units: (a) are non-refundable, (b) are non-transferable, (c) may not be redeemed for cash or credit, (d) must be used as whole credits, (e) cannot be combined with any other discount, special offer or coupon and (f) can be redeemed only in the same geographic region and currency as purchased. United States Government end users (or resellers acting on behalf of the United States Government) may not purchase Training Units or Consulting Units.

  • Overstory Removal Units All trees within “Overstory Removal Units” are designated for cutting when they meet Utilization Standards and equal or exceed the diameter limits shown on Sale Area Map. B2.34 Understory Removal Units. All trees within “Understory Removal Units” are designated for cutting when they meet Utilization Standards and are smaller than the diameter limits shown on Sale Area Map. B2.35 Individual Trees. All trees to be cut, other than in the units described in B2.31, B2.32, B2.33, and B2.34, are Marked or designated by description. Trees are “Marked” when individually designated by Forest Service with paint marks above and below xxxxx height. Sale Area Map indicates areas plainly identified on the ground where leave trees are Marked to be left uncut. B2.36 Incompletely Marked Timber. Trees within incompletely Marked subdivisions shown on Sale Area Map at time of timber sale advertisement shall be designated in accordance with C2.36. A representative sample of the timber to be designated has been Marked prior to timber sale advertisement in accordance with such rules. The approximate locations of the representa- tive sample areas are shown on Sale Area Map.

You may redeem Consulting Units in accordance with the applicable equivalent Unit Value in the Consulting Unit Redemption Table set forth at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/licenses/redemptiontable and the following procedure: • Contact a Red Hat sales representative or consulting representative to request Consulting Unit redemption. • Red Hat will submit an order form to you that will describe the scope of work to be performed and number of Consulting Units required. • You will return the signed order form to Red Hat. • Upon Red Hat's review and approval, Red Hat will return a copy of the signed order form to you.

  • Membership Interests The Sole Member currently owns one hundred percent (100%) of the percentage interests in the Company.

  • Bargaining Unit Members hired before July 1, 1995 Those Bargaining Unit Members whose current regular assigned work shift ends after 5:00 p.m. or commences before 7:30 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. and who are currently receiving a shift differential pay of five percent (5%) for time worked after 5:00 p.m. or before 7:30 a.m. shall continue to receive said differential.
