NEW DRIVERS. This provision applies only to new drivers hired on or after May 1, 2002. At the Employer’s discretion, new drivers may be paid as follows: 0 - 6 months $3.00 per hour less than rate 6 months to 1 year $2.00 per hour less than rate 1 year to 2 years $1.00 per hour less than rate after 2 years full rate of pay.
