New Devices and Methods. In the event that the Company introduces or permits to be used any process, machinery or equipment which substitutes for, supplements or replaces any present process, machinery or equipment being operated as of the date of this Agreement by employees within the bargaining unit, such process, machinery or equipment shall be operated and maintained only by employees in the bargaining unit herein set forth if such employees are qualified to operate and maintain such equipment subject to the jurisdictional qualifications contained in Article 9.1.

  • Performance of Products and Services The Contractor acknowledges that only Project Persons shall perform the Products and Services under this Agreement.

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO.
