Common use of New Classes Clause in Contracts

New Classes. (a) If the Employer proposes to establish a new class or revise an existing class, it shall give notice of such intention to the Union, and shall complete a questionnaire to be forwarded to the Maintenance Committee for evaluation and placement in the appropriate pay band. Upon request, the Human Resources Division will provide a copy of the questionnaire to the Union.
