Common use of New Agreement Clause in Contracts

New Agreement. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiations concerning a successor agreement to become effective on or after July 1, 2023 subject to the provisions set forth in Article XXVI, Duration and Termination. Collective negotiations shall commence no later than October 1, 2022, unless an alternative date is mutually agreed upon.
