Nevada Law. The Contract is to be interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada. All parties consent to the jurisdiction of Nevada’s district courts for enforcement of the Contract and this Master Agreement. The provisions of NRS 353B and NAC 353B, as amended from time to time, are incorporated into and govern the interpretation and performance of this Master Agreement and individual Contracts.
