Networking Infrastructure. IDT hereby grants and conveys to ------------------------- Net2Phone the right to use and enjoy, to the extent of IDT's rights therein, the equipment, equipment leases, co-location agreements and rights of use and/or access primarily located at the backbone points of presence on its Internet network and comprising its networking infrastructure, as more particularly described on Exhibit C hereto (the "Networking Infrastructure Equipment"), for a --------- period of two years commencing on the date hereof. Net2Phone hereby agrees that it shall perform all obligations reasonably required of it by IDT and shall do nothing whatsoever in violation of the leases and other agreements set forth on Exhibit C. Networking Infrastructure. Specification EDINA servers are located within Edinburgh University Computer Services which is connected to XXXXX via the local Regional Network Operator (RNO). The University of Edinburgh has two distinct 1.0 Gbps connections to its local RNO and the local RNO has two distinct 10 Gbps connections to XXXXX. Service Level EDINA servers are network available if they can be accessed via TCP/IP from a site outside the EUCS-maintained part of the national network. Unavailability due to local (University of Edinburgh) network infrastructure will be reported. The EUCS network infrastructure will have sufficient capacity to support a total of 15,000 connections a day with a peak concurrency of 600 users. Performance Indicators

The entire network infrastructure may include routers, switches, wireless routers, cables, network operations and management software, operating sys- tems, firewall and network security applications, network connectivity (cable, T-1 Lines, DSL, satellite, wireless, IP addressing, etc.)

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files. To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Hosting 46.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-SWBT and SBC-AMERITECH shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-SWBT’s and SBC-AMERITECH’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Computer Systems (a) The Computer Systems adequately meet the data processing and other computing needs of the Business as presently conducted. The Computer Systems function, operate, process and compute in accordance with all Applicable Laws, industry standards and trade practices. The Computer Systems operate and perform in all material respects in accordance with their documentation and functional specifications. The Computer Systems have not materially malfunctioned or failed within the past three years.

  • Internet Access Data and information may be made electronically accessible to the Company through Internet access to one or more links provided by the Administrator or a sub-administrator (“Web Link”). All rights in Web Link (including text and “look and feel” attributes) are owned by the sub-administrator. Any commercial use of the content or any other aspect of Web Link requires the written permission of the sub-administrator. Use of the Web Link by the Company will be subject to any terms of use set forth on the web site. Web Link and the information (including text, graphics and functionality) in the Web Link is presented “As Is” and “As Available” without express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
