Network Upgrade Charges. System reinforcements may be required in the future to support the load forecasts. Future charges, if required, shall be in accordance with Section 32 of the Tariff.
Network Upgrade Charges. In addition to all other applicable charges, Network Customer shall pay remaining monthly revenue requirements of $48,083.80 from January 1, 2010 – January 1, 2012 for a total of $1,154,011.20 for remaining revenue requirements required for the Green Country Network Resource confirmed on transmission service requests 974790, 974791, 974793, 974797. The revenue requirement for American Electric Power transmission facility upgrade is $20,762.84/month for the Explorer Glenpool-Riverside Station 138kV upgrade. The revenue requirements for Oklahoma Gas and Electric’s transmission facility upgrades are $9015.88/month for the Beeline-Explorer Glenpool 138kV upgrade, and $18,305.08/month for the Explorer Glenpool-Riverside Station 138kV upgrade. These upgrades were required to provide firm Point-To-Point Service to Southwestern Public Service Company under transmission service requests 974790, 974791, 974793, 974797.
Network Upgrade Charges. The Dogwood resource identified in transmission service request 91119197 is contingent upon the completion of required upgrades as specified below; designation of this resource shall be effective on December 1, 2020 and shall remain effective through 6/1/2030. The requested service depends on and is contingent on completion of the following 2020-AG1- AFS-3 network upgrades specified below. Costs of these upgrades are not assignable to the Network Customer.   • Network Upgrades The Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Network Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Transmission Owner elects to pay for Network Upgrades, the actual cost of the Network Upgrades, including overheads, shall be borne initially by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Service Charges No service charge shall be made for any exchange or registration of transfer of Warrants.

  • Electricity Charges The licensee herein shall pay the electricity bills directly for energy consumed on the licensed premises and should submit original receipts to Licensor indicating that the electricity bills are paid.

  • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades.

  • Software Upgrades Software Upgrades consist of new product releases which are issued periodically and may include new functionality, enhancements, and bug fixes. Software Upgrades are provided only for standard hardware platforms and operating systems supported by COMSPOC as described in the Documentation. Software Upgrades will apply only to unmodified Software and commercially released updated versions of the Software. You are responsible for making or arranging for updates to interfaces for nonstandard devices or custom applications. Software Upgrades are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the then current and applicable COMSPOC Software License Agreement, available on COMSPOC’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/sla or with the deliverable Software or upon request. All major product releases and maintenance releases will be made available and may be shipped directly to you, upon request by contacting your COMSPOC point of contact or xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. You may upgrade to the latest product version at any time during the term of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement. If you opt not to renew the Annual Support and Upgrade Agreement, You have 60 days from the end of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement term to upgrade to the latest product version available prior to the end of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement term. If You request an upgrade beyond this 60-day period, You will be required to renew the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement in order to upgrade to the latest product version.

  • CAISO ACA Charge The CAISO ACA Charge is the product of the Unit’s Billable MWh for the Billing Month and the applicable annual charge for short-term sales under 18 CFR Section 382.201 of the FERC Regulations.
