Network Services. Except to the extent that a claim or loss results from the negligent, reckless or intentional acts or omissions of Agency, Contractor shall assume liability for all claims or losses related to Agency Data loss or breach of security caused directly or indirectly by or resulting from the Application Services or Services provided by Contractor.
