Network Service. This Operating Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the Transmission Provider, Host Transmission Owner, and Network Customer will cooperate and the Host Transmission Owner and Network Customer will operate their respective systems and specifies the equipment that will be installed and operated. The Parties shall operate and maintain their respective systems in a manner that will allow the Host Transmission Owner and the Network Customer to operate their systems and Control Area and the Transmission Provider to perform its obligations consistent with Good Utility Practice. The Transmission Provider may, on a non-discriminatory basis, waive the requirements of Section 4.1 and Section 8.3 to the extent that such information is unknown at the time of application or where such requirement is not applicable.

Network Service. Lackawanna County is responsible only for the network functionality up to and including the customer end subscriber unit. Disruption or drop of service caused by customer equipment after the installed customer subscriber unit is not the responsibility of Lackawanna County. Lackawanna County is not liable for the installed customer subscriber unit if said unit has been moved, altered, or damaged, or if equipment or material has been placed in a location that causes interference with subscriber unit post install. Lackawanna County is not responsible for or liable for customer equipment not part of the equipment installed to complete the contracted circuit. If a service call is needed due to a faulty subscriber unit, Lackawanna County Wireless Initiative support will be available during normal business hours between M-F 9-5 EST by calling the support number listed on your monthly xxxx. If service is needed above and beyond the listed service time, Lackawanna County will make every effort to return your call as promptly as possible but is not liable for response time delay.

Network Service. T-Mobile makes wireless connectivity and certain data services available to Customer for Customer to use the Smarsh Services. The “Network Service” means the wireless services provided to Customer by T-Mobile, which are subject to the agreement between Customer and T-Mobile. Tracking details regarding Visitor Transactions for all Advertisers is not available on a real-time basis and there may be reporting delays regarding Transactions for some Advertisers. CJ may make available, at fees that CJ shall publish from time-to-time, enhanced reporting capabilities and other services that are not included in the standard Network Service. On-line support service is available via CJ's client services help desk, and phone support is provided during the operating hours of 8am-5pm, excepting national and CJ recognized holidays (local time and local holidays are applicable at all of CJ's business offices). Your use of the on-line "help" button within Your Account enables CJ to respond more quickly to Your query.

In case general exclusive line is installed within the computer room when necessary for Gmarket, optic communication equipment and facilities of line carriers (Dacom/KT/ThroughNet/Hanaro) installed within KIDC's building may be utilized. Provided, however, that works for internal line and separate line terminal box shall be conducted by KIDC, who can separately xxxx Gmarket for the installation costs.
