Common use of NETWORK RAIL Clause in Contracts

NETWORK RAIL. If, at the time appointed for a general meeting as referred to in clause 5.3, Network Rail is not present by proxy or by a duly authorised representative, the general meeting shall be adjourned to such time and place as the chairman of the meeting shall determine and which shall be notified to all Members. Network Rail shall use all reasonable endeavours to procure that it is present by proxy or by a duly authorised representative at the time and place appointed for every general meeting of the Members.
