Network Protection. Servicer shall use Industry Standard measures, including encryption, for preventing interception of or access to Cellco Confidential Information transiting networks. Transit over the public internet and other externally accessible networks requires Transport Encryption.

Network Protection. NH may at its discretion, disconnect any Customer or make any change to any Service where it reasonably believes that the Customer’s connection or Service is prejudicial to the security, stability or operation of the NH Network, including protecting it from a Denial of Service Attack or an attempt to gain unauthorised access. NH will endeavor to re-connect the Customer or reconfigure the Service as soon as such a threat is over. If NH reasonably believes that the Customer’s continued use of the NH Service puts NH’s Network at significant risk, NH may terminate this Agreement without penalty and refund any fees paid in respect of future services, provided the Customer has not committed a material breach. NH shall not be responsible for any losses or consequential damage thereby caused.
Network Protection a) Network based firewalls;
Network Protection. Supplier shall implement and maintain firewalls and intrusion detection or protection systems which will forward event data and security alerts to a centralized XXXX system for analysis, reporting, and incident response. Supplier shall perform firewall configuration and Access Control List reviews on a regular basis, but not less often than monthly, to ensure appropriate controls and configurations are applied to limit traffic to only what is required for business operations.
Network Protection. In the event Purchaser's service traffic volumes (or traffic distribution patterns to individual cities and countries) results in a lower than industry standard completion rate, severely abnormal or disproportionate distribution of traffic by city, or other similar abnormality which adversely affects the Provider network (including, but not limited to looping situations where Purchaser's traffic is delivered by Provider to another carrier for termination and ultimately returned to Provider), Provider reserves the right to block and refuse to accept such adverse traffic at any time, with prompt notice as soon as possible thereafter.
Network Protection. In the event of an emergency and to the extent necessary to protect the Switch Network or to remedy AUP violations, Switch may temporarily restrict or suspend Customer’s rights under this Agreement, including the Colocation Services and Carrier Services, without liability to Customer. Except in an emergency, Switch will notify Customer prior to any such restriction, or suspension and will notify Customer promptly when such restriction or suspension is no longer necessary. Subject to Section 11.1, suspension of Colocation Services and/or Carrier Services pursuant to this Section shall not be a violation of this Agreement or contribute towards Service Credits.
Network Protection. Customer acknowledges that Badger Meter (and any of its Suppliers) may restrict, or suspend all or a portion of the Service or limit the Service as may be reasonably necessary to prevent or limit suspected fraud or any problem that materially and adversely affects the performance of the Service and/or is likely to do substantial damage to Badger Meter, Badger Meter’s customers or Suppliers. Some of these actions may interrupt or prevent legitimate communications and usage. Such situations may arise: (a) if a device deployed on the Service is materially out of compliance with the technical requirements; (b) in case of actual or suspected fraudulent use; or (c) in case of disruptive or damaging operation.

Network Protection. 5.3.1 Each of HTAL and the Access Seeker is responsible for the safe operation of its Network and must take all reasonable and necessary steps to ensure that its Network and its Network operations:
Network Protection. 10.1 In the event the Customer’s service traffic volumes results in a lower than industry-standard completion rate (ASR), shorter than industry-standard average call length, severely abnormal or disproportionate distribution of traffic by route (city, mobile, special services, etc.), or other similar abnormality which adversely affects Incorpus network (including, but not limited to, looping situations where Customer’s traffic is delivered by Incorpus to another carrier for termination and ultimately returns to Incorpus, or situations where Incorpus vendors threaten to block traffic or charge a premium for terminating it), Incorpus reserves the right to block and refuse to accept such adverse traffic at any time without prior notice to Customer. Notice, along with reason for such refusal, will be delivered to Customer as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
Network Protection. 5.1 In the event of any downtime faced by customer because of Network failure, hardware failure, route blockage, Incorpus is not liable to give any compensation for lost work time. Customer cannot force Incorpus to compensate the lost hours.
