Network Operations. (a) The network of Parent and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, is in good working condition and is without any material defects for purposes of operating the business of Parent and its Subsidiaries as operated by Parent and its Subsidiaries.

Insofar as service requirements permit, the Company shall assign tours within the work group in accordance with the preference of employees in the order of their seniority no less frequently than every four (4) weeks. The Company reserves the right to make assignments as may be necessary for compliance with the law, training or retraining and to determine the particular job classification experience level, or specialized training required for the tours being assigned.
Network Operations. The Contractor shall provide 24x7 support for network operations and security issues with Government network operations centers. If available, the Contractor shall remotely “suspend” or “kill” cellular phones and devices in the event of theft or loss. The Contractor shall resume service upon request by the Ordering Entity.
Network Operations. Globalgig provides a ticketing system service as a single point of contact for Incidents associated with the Managed Network Service. Customer’s authorized staff may be updated by Customer at any time by written notice to Globalgig. When Globalgig’s ticketing system receives Notification of an Incident, the Network Operations Center will record, monitor, and manage all Incidents; and provide Customer with regular and periodic updates on the status of resolution.
Network Operations. 4.1 Operation of the Network. Licensee shall be responsible for paying for all items relating to the operation, performance, and maintenance of the Network, including without limitation (a) maintenance of the Sites and the related towers and base station equipment, utility charges for the Sites, cell site dedicated facilities (including without limitation T-1s, DS3s, etc.), (b) the payment of all vehicle lease payments, expenses of operation, and repair, (c) all expenses relating to RF Engineering, (c) all toll interconnection expenses, and (d) all roaming expenses. All such payments shall be made pursuant to SECTION 12.1.

Network Operations. The BBN Planet Network Operations Center ("NOC") monitors the DiaLinx network 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The NOC performs proactive operations support and troubleshooting of network and service infrastructure components Including periodic testing of all DiaLinx access ports.
Network Operations. 4.1 Client is responsible for the design of, and maintaining the content of, Client's web site (if any). Upon request, Cavion will refer Client to a web site design consultant. If transactional services are selected, Client is responsible for validating the transactions of its members, including assigning passwords. Client is solely responsible for providing support to its members regarding their use of CUiNet and the network services.
