Company reserves the right to immediately disconnect or modify your service if Company determines, in its sole and absolute discretion that your use of service is, or at any time was, inconsistent with normal residential or business usage patterns or is otherwise in violation of this AUNMP. In the event your usage exceeds applicable usage limitations and as an alternative to disconnection of service, Company may offer you a revised service agreement including higher rates for usage of service that is deemed to be inconsistent with normal residential or business use. Company reserves the right to protect its network from harm, which may impact legitimate data flows. Network Management Practices. Advanced Stream Broadband does not make use of any application specific network management practices. Advanced Stream does not favor, modify, inhibit, rate control or block any specific protocols or any applications or classes of applications.
Network Management Practices. The Company manages its network with the goal of providing the best practicable broadband Internet experience to all of its customers. Within the scope of its resources, it attempts to deploy and maintain adequate capacity and facilities within its own network, and to obtain sufficient Middle Mile capacity or facilities outside its service area to connect with the Internet. The Company and its staff use commercially reasonable efforts to monitor, address and minimize (but do not guarantee that they can prevent) the effects of spam, viruses, security attacks, network congestion, and other phenomena that can degrade the service of affected customers.
