Network Equipment. This includes equipment primarily used for communications over an IP network. This includes layer 2 and layer 3 switches, routers, area wireless access points, point-to-point wireless access, optics, media interfaces (i.e serial, T1, T3, OC3) and fiber channel. Class of equipment should include home office, small and medium business, and enterprise. Vendors may include, but not limited to, Cisco Systems, Dell, Juniper Networks, HP, Extreme Networks, Enterasys Networks, D-Link, Netgear, and Brocade Communications Systems.

Network Equipment. LIMITED WARRANTY. During the applicable Warranty Period for Network Equipment, Copper Mountain warrants to Customer that the Network Equipment shall be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service and shall operate substantially in accordance with the specifications set forth in the documentation provided to Customer. This warranty does not apply to any item of Network Equipment that (a) has been altered, modified, or improperly repaired by someone other than a representative of Copper Mountain; (b) has been the subject of misuse, negligence, accident, or improper storage or installation; or (c) has been used or maintained in any manner other than in accordance with documentation provided by Copper Mountain. Any installation of Upgrades by Customer in accordance with the Software License Agreement (and any instructions set forth therein) shall not result in any termination of, or adversely affect, any warranties by Copper Mountain relating to the Equipment.
Network Equipment. AT&T shall retain title to all of its network equipment and facilities used to provide Services under this Agreement.

Network Equipment. Grantee shall not install or be responsible for any Fiber Network equipment; however, the County may use the Construction Credits to the extent set forth in Exhibit B for the purchase of edge and switching equipment, at its discretion.
