Net Metering Credits. Purchaser shall be permitted to retain any credits or payments from the applicable utility that may be available under the Maryland Virtual Net Metering Program or similar programs, to the extent permitted under applicable law. Seller shall reasonably cooperate with Purchaser to facilitate Purchaser’s receipt of payments or benefits under such net metering or similar programs.

Net Metering Credits. Seller and Buyer acknowledge and agree that for purposes of complying with the regulations at 220 C.M.R. § 18.07(2), Buyer shall, if requested by Seller: (i) sign the Interconnection Agreement as Host Customer (as such term is defined in 220 C.M.R. § 18.02); and (ii) designate Seller as its agent for purposes of communications and interactions with the Distribution Company as necessary to carry out the terms of this Agreement, the Inter-Governmental PDA and the EMS Agreement. If Seller does not request that Buyer sign the Interconnection Agreement as Host Customer, Seller shall sign as Host Customer and shall hold all interest in and title to any and all Net Metering Credits generated or created during the Term in connection with operation of the PV System.
Net Metering Credits. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement and the Tariff, all interest in and title to any and all Net Metering Credits generated or created during the Term in connection with the operation of the Solar Energy Facility and the delivery of Net Energy to Buyer, together with the right to allocate such Net Metering Credits or receive cash payments in connection with the surrender or transfer of such Net Metering Credits, shall rest solely with Buyer.

  • Net Metering If you generate electricity from a renewable generating facility to offset your electricity consumption and/or use net metering at any time during the term of this Agreement, you must notify Starion.

  • Revenue Metering The Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering will be located on the generator side of the 115kV breaker at the Xxxxx Solar Collector Substation and will consist of: • three (3) combination current/voltage transformer (“CT/VT”) units (manufacturer and model ABB/Xxxxxxx KXM-550, GE Grid Solutions KOTEF 000.XX, or other equivalent specified by Connecting Transmission Owner); and • one (1) revenue meter. The ratios of the CTs and VTs will be provided by Connecting Transmission Owner upon its review of the Interconnection Customer’s design documents.   • Interconnection Product Options Interconnection Customer has selected the following (checked) type of Interconnection Service:

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Metering Data At Developer’s expense, the metered data shall be telemetered to one or more locations designated by Connecting Transmission Owner, Developer and NYISO. Such telemetered data shall be used, under normal operating conditions, as the official measurement of the amount of energy delivered from the Large Generating Facility to the Point of Interconnection.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Unbundled Voice Loop – SL2 (UVL-SL2 Loops may be 2-wire or 4-wire circuits, shall have remote access test points, and will be designed with a DLR provided to NewPhone. SL2 circuits can be provisioned with loop start, ground start or reverse battery signaling. OC is provided as a standard feature on XX0 Xxxxx. The OC feature will allow NewPhone to coordinate the installation of the Loop with the disconnect of an existing customer’s service and/or number portability service. In these cases, BellSouth will perform the order conversion with standard order coordination at its discretion during normal work hours.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Interconnection Points 8.5.1 The IP of a Party (“Receiving Party”) for Measured Internet Traffic delivered to the Receiving Party by the other Party shall be the same as the IP of the Receiving Party for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic under Section 7.1 above.
