NET ASSET VALUE PER SHARE. The net asset value of each share of a series as of any particular time shall be the quotient obtained by dividing the value of the net assets of the Trust allocated to such series by the total number of shares of such series outstanding, rounded to such extent as the Board of Trustees shall determine from time to time.
