NEGOTIATIONS PROCEDURE. 2.01 Either party may initiate negotiations for a successor agreement not more than 105 days nor less than 75 days in advance of the expiration date of this Agreement by filing a Notice to Negotiate with the State Employment Relations Board and a copy with the other party. The parties shall hold their first negotiations session by May 1 unless they mutually agree to a different date.
