Common use of NEGOTIATIONS PROCEDURE Clause in Contracts

NEGOTIATIONS PROCEDURE. A. 1. Pursuant to Section 4117.14 (C) (1) and 4117.14 (E) of the Ohio Revised Code, the parties have established the following mutually agreed upon negotiations and dispute resolution procedures which supersede the procedures listed in Section 4117.14 (C) (2)-(6) and any other procedures to the contrary. Nothing herein shall be construed as a waiver of the right provided in Section 4117.14 (D) (2) of the Ohio Revised Code.
