Negotiation Teams. The Board and the Association shall each be entitled eight (8) representatives/observers, not counting the Association President or the OEA UniServ Labor Relations Consultant, to conduct negotiations. Neither party in any negotiations shall have any control over the selection of the negotiating representatives of the other party. Any pressure or coercion by one party to influence the selection of representatives of the other party shall be contrary to good faith negotiations. All negotiations shall be conducted exclusively between said representatives and designees. No action to coerce or censor or penalize any negotiating participant shall be made or implied by any other member as a result of participation in the negotiation process.
