Common use of Negotiation Committee Clause in Contracts

Negotiation Committee. B.5.1.1 For the purpose of negotiations between the parties, the Employer shall recognize a Negotiating Committee of not more than six (6) Employees who are members of the Bargaining Unit. No deduction from the regular pay of such Employees will be made for attendance at such meetings with the Employer held during the Employee’s regular working hours. The Employer agrees that up to two (2) representatives from OSSTF Provincial Office may be present and assist the Negotiating Committee. Upon mutual consent, either party may have authorized legal counsel or an agent to represent and/or to negotiate on its behalf.
