NEGOTIATING UNIT. The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive negotiating representative for all regularly employed licensed and non-licensed staff members, except as noted below, who work 50% or more, hereinafter referred to as the "Defined Unit". NEGOTIATING UNIT. Neither party in any negotiations shall have any control over the selection of the negotiating or bargaining representatives of the other party.
