NEGOTIATING PROCEDURES. 2.1 It is agreed by both parties that during the period of negotiations between the Federation and the Board, all proceedings shall be closed to the public. 2.2 It is agreed by both parties that agreement will be made at the end of each bargaining session on the agenda for the following bargaining session. The schedule for the date and time of the following meeting or meetings will also be agreed upon at that time. 2.3 Agreement reached by negotiations shall be subject to ratification by the Federation at the earliest opportunity subsequent to agreement, but in no case later than 15 days subsequent to the agreement. 2.4 The Board and Federation agree that the persons acting as chief negotiators for the respective parties shall carry the full authority of the respective party and shall be authorized to reach agreements.
