Common use of Negotiating Meetings Clause in Contracts

Negotiating Meetings. a. Not less than ninety (90) calendar days prior to the expiration of this Agreement, either party, upon written notice to the other, may request an initial negotiations meeting. Within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the request, the parties will establish a mutually agreeable site, date and time for the meeting.
