Common use of Negative Covenant Clause in Contracts

Negative Covenant. Each Party covenants that it will not knowingly use or practice any of the other Party’s intellectual property rights licensed to it under this Article 7 except for the purposes expressly permitted in the applicable license grant.

Negative Covenant. Negative Covenant. Each Party party covenants to the other party that it will shall not knowingly practice, exercise, or use or practice any of the other Party’s intellectual property rights licensed to it by the other party under this Article 7 Agreement, except for the purposes as expressly permitted in by the applicable license grantterms hereof.
