Common use of Nature of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Nature of the Agreement. 11.1 Each party shall be entitled to perform any of the obligations undertaken by it and to exercise any rights granted to it under this Agreement through any other member of its group, subject to the approval of the other party to this Agreement (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld) and provided that any act or omission of that other member shall, for all the purposes of this Agreement, be deemed to be the act or omission of the party in question.
