Nature of Support Services. Support Services may be provided independently as a GE Offering or as a required component of another GE Offering. To the extent Support Services are provided as a component part of another GE Offering, the relevant Support Services must be purchased and shall terminate when such GE Offering is terminated or shall be extended to the extent such GE Offering is extended (including any automatic renewals thereof). To the extent Support Services are associated with Software, such Support Services shall automatically terminate in the event the license to the underlying Software is terminated.

Nature of Support Services. Except as provided in Section 3.3 below, support is limited to telephonic and email support as described herein. Non-emergency support, including low-severity failures, shall be available solely during AtHoc’s normal business hours, as defined below. Emergency support, for service failures of Severity Level 1, 1A, or 1B as defined hereafter will be provided either during Normal Business Hours (for Licensees whose SA/TS Package includes the Technical Support – Business Hours option) or on a 24x7x365 basis (for Licensees whose SA/TS Package includes the Technical Support – 24x7 option).

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services.
