Common use of Nature of Employment Clause in Contracts

Nature of Employment. Subject to Section 3, effective as of the date hereof and continuing during the Term of Employment, Parent and the Company shall continue to employ the Executive, and the Executive agrees to continue to be employed, as the Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development of Parent and the Company and in such position to undertake the duties and responsibilities commensurate with such positions and as may be reasonably assigned to the Executive from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall report directly to the CEO.

Nature of Employment. Subject to Section 3, effective as of the date hereof and continuing during the Term of Employment, Parent and the Company shall continue to employ the Executive, and the Executive agrees to continue to be employed, as the Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development [●] of Parent and the Company and in such position to undertake the duties and responsibilities commensurate with such positions and as may be reasonably assigned to the Executive from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall report directly to the CEO.

Nature of Employment. Subject to Section 3, effective as of the date hereof and continuing during the Term of Employment, Parent and the Company shall continue to employ the Executive, and the Executive agrees to continue to be employed, as the Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development Supply Chain of Parent and the Company and in such position to undertake the duties and responsibilities commensurate with such positions and as may be reasonably assigned to the Executive from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “"CEO”") on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall report directly to the CEO.

Subject to Section 3, effective as of the date hereof and continuing during the Term of Employment, Parent and the Company shall continue to employ the Executive, and the Executive agrees to continue to be employed, as the Executive Senior Vice President, Strategy and Development Human Resources of Parent and the Company and in such position to undertake the duties and responsibilities commensurate with such positions and as may be reasonably assigned to the Executive from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall report directly to the CEO.

During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall report directly to the CEO.
