Common use of Nature of Business Clause in Contracts

Nature of Business. The Company will not, and will not permit any Restricted Subsidiary to, engage in any business if, as a result, the general nature of the business in which the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, would then be engaged would be substantially changed from the general nature of the business in which the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, are engaged on the date of this Agreement as described in the Memorandum.

Nature of Business.
