For any law firm providing legal services on behalf of Citizens, the Firm acknowledges that the business relationship between the Firm and Citizens is that of an independent contractor. Nothing herein, or in any representation undertaken, shall be deemed to constitute that Citizens and the Firm are engaged in a partnership, joint venture, or agency for any purpose whatsoever.‌
