Nature of and Place of Employment. Employer employs employee as President and Chief Executive Officer, and employee does accept this employment. Employee shall be responsible for day to day operation of employer, and shall perform any other duties as are customarily performed by one holding such a position in other same or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by employer, and shall also additionally render any other and unrelated services and duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by employer.

Nature of and Place of Employment. Employer hereby engages, retains and hires Consultant as an independent Consultant at 0000 Xxxxxxx xx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000, and Consultant accepts and agrees to such engagement, retention and hiring. Subject to the supervision and pursuant to the orders, advice and direction of Employer, Consultant shall: (a) communicate with shareholders, potential broker dealers, institutions and funds for the purpose of disseminating information concerning Employer and its business operations to such parties and generally maintaining shareholder awareness of Employer's business activities, (b) perform such other duties as are customarily performed by a consultant holding such position in similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by Employer and (c) render such other and further services and duties as may be required of Consultant from time to time by Employer.

  • Place of Employment Executive’s principal place of employment shall be the corporate offices of the Company.

  • Principal Place of Employment The Executive shall be employed at the Company’s offices in New York, NY, except for required travel on the Company’s business to an extent substantially consistent with present business travel obligations of the Executive’s position.

  • Nature of Employment Executive’s employment with the Company shall be at-will. Both Executive and the Company shall have the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice.

  • Place of Services The Services provided by Consultant or Consultant's Personnel hereunder will be performed at Consultant's offices except as otherwise mutually agreed by Consultant and the Company.

  • Employment Term and Duties Section 1.1.

  • PLACE OF WORK Consultant shall render services primarily at Consultant's offices, but will, upon request, provide the services at Company offices or such other places as reasonably requested by Company as appropriate for the performance of particular services.

  • Time and Place of Closing The closing of the transactions contemplated hereby (the "Closing") will take place at 9:00 A.M. on the date that the Effective Time occurs (or the immediately preceding day if the Effective Time is earlier than 9:00 A.M.), or at such other time as the Parties, acting through their authorized officers, may mutually agree. The Closing shall be held at such location as may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
