Common use of National Shopping Clause in Contracts

National Shopping. Individual pieces of furniture, training materials and publications estimated to cost less than US$30,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed US$350,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international or national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

National Shopping. Individual pieces of furnitureFurniture, training office equipment, stationary, textbooks, learning and other reference materials and publications construction materials estimated to cost less than US$30,000 $10,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed US$350,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international or national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

National Shopping. Individual pieces of Goods (other than furniture, training materials and publications ) estimated to cost less than US$30,000 $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed US$350,000 $300,000 equivalent, and technical services estimated to cost less than $75,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $3,200,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international or national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

National Shopping. Individual pieces Goods consisting of furniture, training materials furniture and publications office equipment estimated to cost less than US$30,000 $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed US$350,000 $840,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international or national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
