National Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

National Shopping. Goods required under Part D.1 of the Project estimated to cost less than $5,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 equivalent, and other goods estimated to cost less than $20,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $80,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
National Shopping. Goods (except vehicles) shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

Furniture, office equipment, stationary, textbooks, learning and other reference materials and construction materials estimated to cost less than $10,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

Minor sundry items, small equipment, network and power cabling estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $2,000,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures, after at least three quotations have been obtained, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
National Shopping. Goods to be procured by purchasers required to follow the Borrower’s public procurement procedures, estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent of less per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $400,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
National Shopping. Contracts for office and computer equipment, office supplies and books estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,800,000 equivalent may be awarded on the basis of comparison of price quotations obtained from at least three suppliers in accordance with the provisions of the Guidelines.
National Shopping. (a) Equipment and materials, excluding vehicles (other than for Part B of the Project) estimated to cost less than $30,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $900,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
