National Contact Point. All cross-border exchange of personal data will be channelled through National Contact Points (NCP), one NCP per Contracting State. Each Contracting State will appoint a legal entity to uphold the function as NCP. For purpose of this Agreement the NCP of the country of affiliation will generally be termed NCP/A and the NCP of the country of dispensation will be termed NCP/B.
