Common use of National Board Certification Clause in Contracts

National Board Certification. All teachers who are certified with the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards will be paid a $1,000.00 additional annual stipend. The teacher has the option of receiving total compensation in the first check or prorating the amount over twelve months. Any money paid to the district by the State of Kansas for National Board Certified Teachers will be distributed to said teachers.
