National Board Certification. A teacher who receives or holds a valid National Board Certification will receive a five hundred dollar ($500.00) stipend in each year the certification is valid and the teacher is actively teaching in the area of certification.
National Board Certification. Full-time teachers with National Board Certification will be paid an additional $1,000 per contract year for as long as the certification is active.
National Board Certification. Paragraph 1: A National Board Certified teacher will be awarded $1000. Column movement will be retroactive to the beginning of the contract year upon receipt of the transcript from the accredited university.
National Board Certification. All teachers who are certified with the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards will be paid a $1,000.00 additional annual stipend. The teacher has the option of receiving total compensation in the first check or prorating the amount over twelve months. Any money paid to the district by the State of Kansas for National Board Certified Teachers will be distributed to said teachers.
National Board Certification. The District will pay an additional $1,000 to teachers annually that have achieved and retained National Board Certification or American Speech/Language/Hearing Association (ASHA) Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
National Board Certification. All National Board Certified teachers shall receive an annual $1,000 bonus for 10 years, which is the life of the certificate, plus be reimbursed the certification fee. (Only available to current USD #262 employees).
National Board Certification. An annual stipend of $2000 will be paid to any member who holds a current certification as a National Board Certified Teacher.
National Board Certification. 14.5.1 The District shall provide a one-time only bonus of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for members who are National Board Certified.
National Board Certification. Teachers who achieve National Board Certification (NBCT) will receive a ten year bonus of up to $1,000 per year, including TRS, each of the 10 years during which the National Board Certified Teacher maintains their Illinois Master Certificate and continues employment with the district. The maximum NBCT bonus money available per year will be $5,000.
National Board Certification. During the year in which a teacher receives certification by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, the teacher shall receive additional pay. The amount shall be one-half of the difference between the amount of the performance increment and lane for which the teacher is qualified and the same performance increment of the next higher lane. For as long as the teacher remains Nationally Board Certified, the teacher shall be placed on a lane one higher than the one for which the teacher is qualified under 12-5-3. For a teacher who has NBPTS Certification and earns a doctorate (Ph.D./Ed.D.), the teacher shall receive an additional $2000 above the teacher’s current salary. Teachers are responsible to notify the district if the NBC is renewed.
