Nasdaq Clearance. On the Closing Date, the Company’s Shares, including the Placement Shares, shall have been approved for listing on NASDAQ.
Nasdaq Clearance. On the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, the Company’s Public Securities shall have been approved for listing on Nasdaq.

  • NASDAQ Approval The Company shall have filed with Nasdaq a Notification Form: Listing of Additional Shares for the listing of the Shares.
