This clause applies only if Seller is not a small business. {[The following paragraphs implement Prime Contract Xxxxxx X. 17 SOCIO-ECONOMIC SUBCONTRACTING GOALS.} (18-52.219-76.1) NASA’s objective is to ensure the execution of a vigorous program at the prime contract and subcontractor levels which will optimize the opportunity for subcontract participation of small business, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), HUBZones, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), and Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MIs).
