Narrative Reporting. The CM shall prepare written reports as described hereunder. All such reports shall be in 8-2" x 11" or other convenient format. Copies shall be maintained at the Project Site and transmitted to the Owner and the AE. A bound copy of the complete narrative report shall be submitted to the Owner at the conclusion of the PROJECT. The narrative reporting subsystem shall include the following reports:

Narrative Reporting. 5.1. Any narrative report to be submitted in accordance with the Agreement shall describe the results achieved through the Project activities during the reporting period and an analysis of the extent to which set Project objectives have been achieved. Reports shall be set up in a way to allow actual results to be compared with expected results in, as applicable, agreed Terms of Reference and/or Project Documents.
Narrative Reporting. 9.1 Mak will furnish to Sweden in writing a narrative report annually as per agreed template. The narrative report shall contain an analysis of progress of the Program activities and expected results, following the structure of the Program document (Annex A), the results based management log frames, and as further elaborated in the approved annual work plans. Financial and performance indicators shall be connected in Activity Plans, and Results Based Management indicators (Annex D) shall be reported against in annual narrative reports. The report will cover the period from 1 July to 30 June each program year. A draft will be delivered to Sweden before the 15 September of the next program year, and the final version presented to Sweden before 31 October each program year. The annual report shall contain an account on a cumulative basis covering the entire Program period, of activities achieved during the period of reporting, achieved outputs compared to planned outputs, achieved outcome objective(s) compared to planned outcome objective(s) (or progress towards achieving the outcome objective(s) and an assessment of the likelihood of achieving the planned outcome objectives, an assessment of risk factors that may affect the achievement of the objectives, and an assessment of possible adjustments in the Program implementation, including risk management.

Narrative Reporting. During the implementation of their project, SAIPs are required to submit Quarterly Narrative Reports on the implementation of their grant project (see annexP for the format). The Quarterly Narrative Reports provide the MA with concrete and detailed insight in the progress of the grant project, as they are based on the output and outcome indicators, as defined in the LogFrame. Exact deadlines for submission of Quarterly Reports and the exact period it will cover are dependent on the duration of the grant project, its starting and end date. In section 3.3.2.2, a tentative reporting schedule is presented, to provide applicants with insight on the reporting requirements for an ESAP2 grant. Exact deadlines for reporting and the period it will cover will be stipulated in the grant agreement. Besides providing the MA with insight in the progress of the grant project and the use of the grant budget, the Reports also include a planning for the next period on the activities to be implemented and the budget needed for it. SAIPs can only implement activities which are part of the approved and quarterly updated Action Plan (see annex C).
