Names and Addresses of New Employees. Names and addresses of newly hired employees shall be available to the Association at the Human Resources Office within seven (7) calendar days after approval of their contracts by the Board. The District shall provide a list of current employees and work locations upon Association request.

In no event shall a new Member be admitted to the Company if such admission would be in violation of applicable Federal or State securities laws or would adversely affect the treatment of the Company as a partnership for income tax purposes.
