Common use of NAMED HOLIDAYS Clause in Contracts

NAMED HOLIDAYS. (a) Casual and Temporary Employees required to work on a named holiday shall be paid at one point five times (1.5X) their Basic Rate of Pay for all hours worked on the named holiday.
