Common use of Named Fiduciary and Plan Administrator Clause in Contracts

Named Fiduciary and Plan Administrator. The “Named Fiduciary and Plan Administrator” of this Agreement shall be Central Valley Community Bank. The Board, in its discretion, may appoint one or more individuals to serve in this capacity. As Named Fiduciary and Plan Administrator, the Bank shall be responsible for the management, control and administration of the Agreement. The Named Fiduciary may delegate to others certain aspects of the management and operation, including the employment of advisors and the delegation of ministerial duties to qualified individuals.
